All papers (oral or poster) are to be submitted in the form of an EXTENDED ABSTRACT by 1 JULY 2011 for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Please indicate whether your presentation is oral or poster.
PREPARATION OF EXTENDED ABSTRACT
The general format requirements are as follows :
1. Paper size : Extended abstract should not exceed 3 pages including figures, etc using A4 size paper (21 x 29.7 cm) (Note : Plenary papers do not exceed 5 pages)
2. Margins : 1 inch top and bottom; 1.25 inches on sides
3. Title : 12 pt bold Times New Roman, centered, bold, upper case
4. Author/s/Affiliation/E-mails : 10 pt bold Times New Roman, one blank line after the title, initials and surname of the authors shall be centered and in bold uppercase. The name and address of the institution where the work was done shall be centered and in italics. Indicate the contact author and place contact information as footer.
5. Abstract Header : 10 pt bold Times New Roman, with one blank line above and below
6. Abstract : A 100-200 word abstract in 10 pt Times New Roman, single spacing, justified on both margins. Include a maximum of 5 keywords below the abstract.
7. Section Headings : 12 pt bold Times New Roman
8. Section Subheadings : 12 pt italic Times New Roman
9. Body text : 12 pt Times or Times New Roman, single spacing, fully justified, one blank line between paragraphs, no indentation for beginning of a paragraph.
10. Page numbering : pages are not to be numbered
11. Tables and Figures : insert in text where appropriate, with 10 pt bold Times caption centered below the table/figure beginning “Table/Figure 1”.
12. Equations : centered, with equation number at the right, one blank line above and below
13. Units : S1 units are preferred
14. References: References should be numbered consecutively in alphabetical order. Citations in the text of the paper should use author last names and the year; for example, “in previous work by the authors (Green et al., 2001; Madison and Taylor, 2000)” or as shown in the work by Jackson et al., (1998) and Killian and Blackall (2000).”
Additionally, authors are responsible for obtaining permission for reprinting any material included in their papers that is already copyrighted elsewhere.

1. A poster should be self-explanatory, well-organised, attractive and shall be presented under the following headings.

2. The texts and figures should be readable from at least 1 meter away.
3. The size of the poster should not occupy space more than 1 square meter. (Size : A1)
4. The poster shall be prepared on a material that can be held by double-sided tapes or Velcro on the poster board.
ORAL PRESENTATION
Oral presentation will be 20 minutes which 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for question and answer. Further instructions will be announced at the beginning of the presentation session.
